Our final two and what a game it was Fran stormed into a one nil lead with a fantastic 16 darter and after a slow start in leg 2 a missed darts at double 20 left Anthony 42 to clean up and he did.
Game level and both players shot out the traps but the quality of Anthony was on display with a ton followed by 140 and and another ton put him into the driving seat but a missed double made for a nervy end but again Anthony's experience showed and took out double four to claim his 2nd event win...

12 boards in play and round robin the format we set up for a great night of darts, 7 boards of 5 and 5 boards of 6 was the order and no easy boards as the saying goes....

Joining Anthony in the last 4 was Oràn Devine along with John McKenna Jr and Sean Berns.
Double in double out comes into play from the semi finals.
Two quality semi final matches and we had our final...
Sean Berns vs John McKenna Jr and what a game it was after a slow start by John saw Sean win the first leg but a storming 2nd leg saw John kick off with 157 followed by back to back 140 and wraps the 2nd leg up in 15 darts. Both players produced some quality darts in the last leg and John missed the bull for a 135 which allows Sean the chance at 60 which he takes and earns his first ranking event win.
Thanks to all the players for the great turn out for getting the games moving quickly and marking boards when called upon.
